The red-hot Brooklyn Nets take their game on the road and travel to California this Sunday evening, November 18 to meet up with the Sacramento Kings at the Sleep Train Arena, with tip off scheduled to go at 6:00PM EST.
The visiting Nets are a -3 point favorite on the road in this one, while the total has been set at 193 points.
The Nets are currently riding a four-game winning streak and have moved to 5-2 straight up on the young season after seven games. They own a 1-1 against the spread record when listed as a road favorite and are currently sixth best in the NBA in points allowed – surrendering less than 93 per contest.
As for Sacramento, they are on a four-game losing streak and are really struggling, as they now own a straight up record of just two wins and seven losses. They have yet to cover the point spread on their home court, with a terrible record of 0-4-1 in their five games played at home so far this season.
The Nets are a perfect 5-0 against the spread in their last five games played against teams in the Pacific Division, but just 2-6 ATS in their last 8 when playing on two days of rest.
Brooklyn has stayed under the posted total in 11 of their last 14 games played on a Sunday.
The Kings only 6-22-1 against the spread in their last 29 games overall and 7-19-1 ATS in their last 27 games played at home.
Sacramento has gone over in nine of their last eleven games played against teams in the Eastern Conference.
Not only are the Nets cruising right now, but they are also much more talented than the Kings, who can’t seem to get into the win column these days. At -3, Brooklyn is the wise play on this game, as they should win this one by double-digits.
